Archit Fursule

Engagement Lead

Archit Fursule is the Engagement Lead at Climate and Sustainability Initiative, where he works at the intersection of climate finance, public policy, sustainability strategy, and stakeholder engagement. With a multidisciplinary background spanning engineering, market research, and climate-focused advisory, he supports strategic partnerships, institutional engagement, and collaborative initiatives that advance evidence-based climate action and low-carbon development pathways.


Before joining CSI, Archit built extensive experience in the clean mobility and electric vehicle ecosystem through his work with organisations including Climate Trends, Micelio, Magna International, and Hero MotoCorp. Over the years, he has engaged with more than 2,800 companies across clean mobility technologies, land-based systems, and airborne mobility innovations, giving him deep insight into the evolving EV and sustainable transportation landscape across South and Southeast Asia.

He played a key role in leading and implementing the Urban Mobility Lab workshop series aimed at accelerating EV adoption in southern India, in partnership with central and state-level institutions. His work has focused on convening policymakers, startups, industry leaders, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and support the growth of clean mobility ecosystems.

At CSI, Archit works on building strategic relationships with ministries, regulators, development institutions, industry associations, and global partners to support climate-focused research, dialogue, and collaboration. His work includes identifying opportunities for institutional partnerships, supporting multi-stakeholder engagement initiatives, and strengthening the organisation’s partnership and funding ecosystem to enable scalable climate solutions.

Archit holds a degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune, India.
