Jesse Scott is a Senior Advisor with Climate and Sustainability Initiative (CSI). She is also a Senior Fellow with the Observer Research Foundation in Delhi (2025-26), a Senior Fellow at the European University Institute’s School of Transnational Governance (2025-26), an Adjunct Professor at the Hertie School in Berlin (2019-), and a member of the Climate Strategies network.
Jesse currently works on European-Indian collaboration on climate change, energy transition, and the green economy, with a particular focus on the opportunities for green finance and clean energy collaborations between the EU and India, within the context of the strategic partnership and bilateral negotiations on an investment framework agreement.
Her professional experience includes working at the International Energy Agency, Agora Energiewende, Eurelectric, Eurogas, E3G, and White & Case LLP.
